MTONI offers shipping services within the Sultanate of Oman and to selected international destinations. Available shipping options may vary based on location.

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

1.3 Delivery Timeframes
  • Domestic (Oman): Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days.

  • International: Estimated delivery within 5–14 business days, depending on destination and customs procedures.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond the Company’s control.

1.4 Shipping Fees
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected delivery method.

  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer.

2. Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged during shipping.

  • The product received is incorrect or significantly different from the description on the Website.

2.2 Return Timeframe
  • Customers must notify MTONI of any eligible return request within 48 hours of receiving the order.
